It begins with the patient filling out and submitting the form issued. The next step is having our friendly staff reach out and do an initial intake call.
From there, the patient is connected with one of our doctors via live transfer who then has a brief consultation and e-scribes the prescription (as needed). This is typically done in an hour, but can take up to 24 hours.
The Pharmacy then gets in touch with the patient via phone, text, or email to discuss the medication the doctor has prescribed. Once the prescription is filled, it gets dispatched, including free delivery! Right to the patient’s home.
